Ming Ren Pre-College School of Art

Prof. Ming Ren has been teaching at Rhode Island School of Design and City College of San Francisco since 1988. With twenty years experience of college instruction, Prof. Ren has successfully trained hundreds of students. This school is a pre-college of art especially geared towards students who are going to apply to the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and other prestigious art colleges and universities. After studying in this school, the student will be able to prepare a professional art portfolio, which is key to apply for RISD
and is also credited for applying to other famous universities such as Harvard, Yale, Stanford.

Prof. Ming Ren is a representive for RISD to review the applicant's portfolio at the National Portfolio Day in San Francisco every year.

Prof. Ming Ren is also a successful artist. His art works won a gold metal award in the international art exhibition and has been exhibited at many museums and galleries. His art book is collected by the Library of Congress, Harvard, Yale, Stanford University, and RISD library as well.
